DFI Fragility Roundtable 2021

Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) play a major part in financing, and reducing the risks of, private investment in developing countries. This is all the more important in fragile and conflict-affected environments.

The DFI Fragility Roundtable will convene virtually on March 23th and 24th, 2021. Leaders from DFIs across the world will engage in this invite-only forum to focus on the reality of working in these challenging contexts and probe practical solutions that they can begin implementing immediately.

About The Forum

The annual DFI Fragility Forum was first convened in February 2019. Hosted by the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford and co-organised by the African Development Bank (AfDB), CDC Group, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the International Growth Centre (IGC), the Forum brings together DFIs for an action-oriented discussion on how to improve the effectiveness of job-creating private investment in fragile and conflict-affected environments.
