DFI Fragility Forum 2024

The sixth DFI Fragility Forum will be convened at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford on 4 and 5 June 2024. Senior-level decision-makers from multilateral and bilateral DFIs will engage in an action-oriented discussion on how to improve the effectiveness of private sector investment in fragile settings, strengthen inter-DFI collaboration in addressing fragility at the country and global level, and ultimately support countries affected by fragility in their transition towards socio-economic resilience, sustainable development, and peace.

About The Forum

The annual DFI Fragility Forum was first convened in February 2019. Hosted by the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford and co-organised by the African Development Bank (AfDB), British International Investment (BII), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the International Growth Centre (IGC), the Forum brings together DFIs for an action-oriented discussion on how to improve the effectiveness of job-creating private investment in fragile and conflict-affected environments.
